Thank you for your email, sorry I have not been in touch.
I have just spoken with Mrs B this week and she is very happy with the care and support that you are providing Mr B. She has said that the quality of care and support that Anna provides is exceptional and that Mr B feels very comfortable and supported in his everyday tasks and activities.
I appreciate at times that things need or have to change but hopefully this is an arrangement that will be able to continue as it has made a positive difference in the lives of both Mr and Mrs B.

I would just like to add in closing how pleasing it was when I came to JPS house recently to take over for the week, and could see it was clean tidy, everything was in order and JPS effects had clearly been cared for. It was such a pleasant change for me compared to what I would usually find with the previous service provider!

“Yes as I said on the Telephone, it is so refreshing to work with an organisation that is proactive and not only acknowledges it’s strengths but looks to improve through obtaining feedback also…when this is relevant.
It’s absolutely fantastic that my sister now benefits from a small regular team of carers . It’s great. Really. Even when there are problems , they are identified and the most practical approach is adopted to work it out with really good communication throughout. An example being the medication issue recently.
